No. We don't take a deposit, ever. We turn up, do the work, and stand on the ground with you to look it over before we ask for a penny. Same for a single tile repair or a full reroof.
That's the whole point of how we work. We don't take payment until you've inspected the job with us and signed it off. If something isn't right, we put it right before you pay anything. No arguments, no chasing.
Every quote is fixed-price and itemised. You see the cost of every tile, every metre of lead, every hour of labour. No round numbers. No "while we're up there" extras after the fact. If you're shopping around, we're happy for you to put us next to two other quotes line by line.
Within 24 hours of you getting in touch. We'll come round, take a proper look at the roof, and give you a fixed-price quote in writing. If it's an emergency leak, we can usually be on-site the same day.
