Do I really pay nothing for the home check?

That's right. The 12-point roof check is free, the quote is fixed and free, and there's no call-out fee. If you decide we're not the right fit, you owe us nothing.

What if I just need a small patch, not a full re-roof?

That's most jobs honestly. We'll tell you straight if a slipped slate or ridge tile fix will do the job. No upsell to a full re-roof unless you actually need one.

How quickly can you come out?

Most repairs we get to within the same week. Emergency leaks (water coming in actively) we'll prioritise same-day where we can. Give us a call and we'll be honest about timing.

What does "pay only when you're happy" actually mean?

Exactly what it says. No deposit upfront. We do the work, you check it, and if the repair holds and you're happy, that's when you pay. No deposit means no risk to you.

What types of roof work do you do?

Slipped slates, missing tiles, ridge tile repair, lead flashing, chimney work, flat roof repairs (felt, EPDM, fibreglass), storm damage, full re-roofs, fascias, soffits and guttering. If it's on a roof, we probably do it.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully insured for public liability and workmanship. We can show you the paperwork on the day.
